Fabric Paper/pressed flowers
And yet another journal cover. I tried Una's technique of capturing pressed flowers using misty fuse.
The background is fabric paper, with some Angelina fibers, then the pressed flowers.
Such fun experimenting. I found several folders full of flowers that I had pressed years ago...I don't know how they made the move two years ago, but they did.

Just lovely. I too am amazed the flowers held together all that time and retained their beauty. Great job!
Hi Rhoda,
The Bookcover looks very, very beautiful.

That is *so beautiful*. The colors are perfect and all of the elements are just gorgeous together. The angelina fibers really added a great zip, didn't they? Nicely done!
Rhoda--I was looking at the piece again (I still love it) and it occurred to me that you're fusing using the fabric paper. Is it ok to heat the fabric paper, then? It won't mess up the glue?
(Sorry to be a pest.)

This is just gorgeous Rhoda - your bird/fire quilt is fabulous too!
